Техническая поддержка сложных веб-проектов — Creonit
Support
and project development

Creating an online store or service is only the first step. To make a project profitable, you need to continuously develop it, test hypotheses, and expand its functionality. And also-quickly fix problems and keep the project in working order.

We know how and love to work on long-term project development.

What are the tasks

Usually, after launching a site, there are tasks for its SEO optimization, connecting new payment methods and delivery services, and improving the UX based on user behavior.

But sometimes you have to face more ambitious tasks. For example:

01
Integration
with the fulfillment service KupiVip

It was necessary to organize a clear three-way interaction between the site, the client's 1C and the KupiVip fulfillment service: updating the assortment and prices, exchanging balances, payment status, etc.

02
Implementation of the loyalty program < span class="-blue">Sailplay

The customer registers in the loyalty program in the offline store or on the website, and their bonus points are accumulated on one account. Additional points are awarded for actions on the site, which can also be spent when shopping in offline stores.

03
Creating a content management system

It was necessary to create a "layer" between the site and 1C, so that the client could use this service to manage product cards for three different sites. You can set your own names, photos, and product descriptions for different sites.

Symfony
We know what pains clients face when working with outsourced productions
 • The full-time development team can't handle the flow of new tasks. Features are implemented more slowly than we would like. On the one hand, the Development Manager presses, on the other, Marketers, and on the third, the Sales Department.
 • Third-party contractors who have already worked with-either write with bugs, or are so inflexible that it is pointless to work with them.
 • The last thing you want to do is manage the contractor's managers. But have to.
 • For most contractors, support is unwanted and non-core work, they do not pay enough attention to your project, and they set tasks a low priority by default.
Мы работаем иначе

To do this, we have developed an approach that makes all sides of the process happy.

How the process works

Everything is very simple and transparent

01

We sign a contract and an SLA - service level agreement. It fixes the response time to the request and the cost of an hour of work - from $25 for current tasks to $40 for critics who go to work immediately after the request is received.

02

Before you start working on the task, the Manager will thoroughly find out all the nuances, record the statement in writing, and give a preliminary estimate of the completion time in hours.

03

The task goes to work immediately after you have agreed on the formulation and evaluation. No need to wait for the sprint to finish.
You manage your own priorities in the backlog.

04

When the task is ready, it is uploaded to our test site. After your acceptance, we immediately transfer it to combat. Made-tested-passed-launched. No two-week sprints.

05

At the end of the month, you will receive a report with a list of completed tasks and an invoice. Payment — once a month, upon completion of work.

For all projects, we set up a GitLab — version control system.

It stores information about changes on the site with the ability to return to any stage. It also helps to organize the joint work of several performers. If necessary, we can provide you and your team with viewing access.

In addition to the project Manager, a Team Leader is assigned to the project, who is deeply immersed in the technical features of the project.

If required, they will join the discussion of technically complex issues with your team or other contractors. For example, an SEO specialist or a representative of the service that you are going to integrate with.

Regular reporting

If you are already using a task tracker, we can work in it. If not, we will create an account for you in Teamwork, Trello, Jira, or Bitrix24 where you will find up-to-date information on each task and the status of its completion.

Road Map

So that the project does not stand still, but develops, we together with you plan to implement new features for months to come. If you have a limited budget for technical support, we will prepare a project development map based on the specified restrictions and priorities.

The pain of any owner of a technological product is to control the timing, budget, and quality of development. With the guys, these issues absolutely always proceed as planned and without surprises, without exceptions at all. Is this not happiness?

Releasing such a developer is a big sin, so we plan at least 5-6 more iterations for 2 years for sure.
