Backend developer

Привет.

Мы — Creonit, диджитал-продакшн для веб-сервисов и интернет-магазинов. Создаем сайты и приложения с нуля или развиваем уже существующие. Занимаем 55 место по России в рейтинге веб-разработчиков и 33 место в рейтинге аутсорс-продакшнов Тэглайн. Наши проекты получают награды международных конкурсов.

Мы ищем в команду backend-разработчика — удалённо или в офис.

Briefly about the tech stack

Всю разработку мы ведем на Symfony.
У нас нет legacy-кода. Пишем на PHP 7+
Для всех проектов используется Docker. Локально и на проде.
Используем Git Flow. Gitlab как Git хостинг
Стремимся к 100% Code Review. Используем для этого Upsource.
Мы по-настоящему разделили фронт и бэк, и назвали эту схему работы API Based. Бэкендеры пишут API для сайтов и мобильных приложения, с которым интегрируются фронтендеры. API документируется автоматически из аннотаций к контроллерам. Реактивные части сайта (например, корзина, оформление заказа), SPA и мобильные приложения пишутся на Vue.js.

We don’t have

There are no typical corporate events, no pipeline, no template E-Commerce apps on Bitrix or Wordpress

There is no full stack devs in the team. The front-end and back-end tasks are fully separated. Everyone goes about their deals and is pumped in the chosen direction.

We do not have chaos in planning, a dev can have a maximum of two projects per day. We are constantly syncing. Everyone understands that they are working in a team and don’t feel lost.

Чем ты будешь заниматься

Проектировать и писать API для сайтов и мобильных приложений, с которым потом будут интегрироваться фронтендеры.
Делать админку и базу данных. В этом нам помогает собственный инструмент для создания админок на Symfony. Такого ни у кого нет. Также у нас есть другие бандлы для Symfony. Подробнее тут: https://github.com/creonit-dev
Интегрироваться с внешними сервисами: системами учета, платежками, CRM и со всем, с чем можно.
Писать скрипты, выполняемые из командной строки.
Есть возможность карьерного роста до тимлида. Тимлиды у нас делают Code Review, распределяют задачи внутри команды, контролируют реализацию.

У нас много проектов и между ними есть ротация. Есть проекты, которые мы делаем с нуля, — это значит, что у нас много разноплановых задач и возможностей получить опыт.

How the working day is built

Our tools: Google Calendar, where managers put work flows, task tracker Teamwork, Slack with chats for each project.

For the each day there are 1-2 threads (projects) in your calendar that you will be working on today. Tasks for projects with detailed statements — in Teamwork.

Stand-ups are held in the morning with the Project Manager and Team Leader.

For new employees — smooth entry into the workflow.
There are instructions, clear tasks, and consultations with a mentor. We will always help you, we will not leave you alone with the problem.

Про зарплату

Уровень зарплаты определяется индивидуально после собеседования. Верхняя граница — 80 000 руб. Официальное трудоустройство.

Working day from 10 to 19.

Individual schedule for remote users.
Overtimes almost never happen, but if they are, it paid at the rate of x2. You will have a comfortable chair, a powerful and fast computer with SSD and 16+ GB of RAM (for backend devs — on Linux, for designers and frontend devs — iMac 27). If something slows down, we will immediately upgrade the hardware.

Cozy office

On Malakhova st. — Baltiyskaya st. Convenient transport interchange, close to many shops and food outlets. The office has its own kitchen, coffee, tea, snacks and fruit.

Entertainments

Quarterly summaries with official and unofficial parts. Corporate events, field trips. Joint activities: paintball, quiz, quests.

Everything for learning and growth

Our Team Leaders regularly do Code reviews and give feedback. We encourage the desire to learn so we pay for courses and participate in conferences. We conduct internal meetups.
